شیرپروپرشنال چگونه عمل میکنند:
با پیشرفت تکنولوژی در زمینه صنعت هیدرولیک، شیرهای _پروپرشنال به وجود آمدند. با استفاده از این شیرها دقت در کنترل مدارهای هیدرولیک بالا می رود.
این شیرها همانند شیرهای هیدرولیکی دیگر قابلیت کنترل جهت، فشار و جریان را دارند با این تفاوت که جهت استفاده از این شیرها از کنترل الکترونیکی استفاده می شود.و در کنترل الکترونیکی دقت بسیار بالا می باشد.
عملکرد شیر پروپرشنال:
همانطور که می دانیم یکی از روش های تحریک شیرهای هیدرولیکی ، استفاده از سلونوئیدهای برقی می باشد.
در این شیرها با برقرار شدن جریان برق شیر مربوطه تحریک میشود و با قطع برق، شیر به حالت عادی برمی گردد.
در واقع در این شیرها اسپول شیر در دو موقعیت 0 و 1 قرار میگیرد. در شیرهای_ پرورپشنال نیز از سلونوئیدهای برقی جهت تحریک شیرها استفاده می شود. ولی شیرها به صورت الکترونیکی کنترل می شود.
به همین دلیل این شیرها در بی نهایت وضعیت مختلف، موقعیت دهی میشوند. سلونوئیدی که در شیرهای _ پروپرشنال استفاده می شود از نوع خاص می باشد.
در این سلونوئیدها هرچه جریان الکتریکی عبوری از سیم پیچ سلونوئید بیشتر باشد، نیروس ایجاد شده در سلونوئید قویتر خواهد بود در نتیجه با عبور جریان های الکتریکی مختلف اسپول شیرها در موقعیت های مختلفی قرار می گیرد.
انواع شیرهای _ پروپرشنال:
شیرهای _پروپرشنال در انواع شیرهای کنترلِ جهت، شیرهای کنترلِ فشار، و شیرها ی کنترلِ جریان وجود دارند.
در شیرهای _ پروپرشنال می توانیم با تعبیه یک ترانسدیوسردر داخل شیرهای – پروپرشنال موقعیت دقیق اسپول شیرها را تشخیص دهیم و بدین طریق یک حلقه بسته تشکیل دهیم.
متداول ترین نوع ترانسدیوسرهای موقعیت سنج که در شیرهای _پروپرشنال استفاده میشود از نوع LVDT می باشد.
با استفاده از این ترنسدیوسر فقط می توانیم موقعیت اسپول شیرها را تحت کنترل قرار دهیم و آنچه در مورد عملگر اتفاق می افتد ربطی به این ترانسدیوسر ندارد.
